Ceo & Founder
Marc Pinto began his career in 2001 at the First International Bank of Israel, where he worked in the corporate credit department for international clients and led the development of investment strategies in the listed equity derivatives market.
At Mizrahi Tefahot Bank, he managed one of the largest client portfolios, specializing in corporate credit and real estate financing, as well as wealth management. He later shifted his focus to securities investments, heading a portfolio management team overseeing nearly $1 billion in assets. His clientele included individuals and institutions from the U.S., U.K., France, South America, and Israel.
Over the years, Marc has developed a unique expertise in bond investments, market analysis, and tailored investment strategies, carefully structured to align with his clients’ liquidity needs and risk appetites.
Additionally, he has successfully structured numerous real estate financing and acquisition deals, ranging from individual buildings to large-scale office projects and real estate developments. His expertise extends to corporate credit in the commercial sector and leading negotiations for business acquisitions in both the real estate and commercial industries, working alongside top-tier experts in each field.
Marc holds an MBA from Open University (Tel Aviv), a licensed investment advisory certification in Israel, and is a member of the Israeli Association of Real Estate Agents.
